Ash in your carpet? No problem. Don't try cleaning it yourself - there is a specialized approach needed in order to lift ash out of carpet without further damaging your home.
Common Mistakes and Misconceptions:
1. Vacuum and then add water or cleaning solution and start scrubbing. Don't do this! You'll set the stain in further and spread it around to boot.
2. Clean with bleach or detergent. Don't do this! You might end up staining the carpet further and the stain might be permanent. We use special treatments to remove stains and have products that we have perfected in our 15 years of experience.
3. Apply hydrogen peroxide. Don't do this! Hydrogen peroxide can bleach and discolor your carpet.
